This paper booklet was published in 1882 by Tuttle, Morehouse & Taylor.  It measures approx. 3-1/2" wide by 5-3/4" high, and consists of 44 pages, plus 4 blank pages (due to additions).
 

   I have personally examined every page in this booklet.  All relevant damage is noted.

Condition is Good  considering that the booklet is 107 years old;
Front cover is loose from the booklet, has a stain at lower left near center, a few small tears or edge tics particularly on the binding edge, and a piece missing in the center of the left edge, also a fold at the lower right corner, (please look at the pic); 
back cover has an ink smudge, or grease staining, at the right edge, and a light stain at the upper left corner, also edge tics, with normal usage wear (please look at the pic);
Page one has damage at the middle right edge corresponding to the damage on the cover (please see pic of front page)
Interior is 44 pages, plus two blank leafs (4 pages) resulting from an addenda, none of the pages are loose, or missing, and have normal wear, and marks, a few have fold downs probably as a result of the owner marking the page for his reasons; I found no writing in the pages, but there may be something light that I missed;
Staples have oxidation rust, but are not rusty (please see pic of front page)

(please consider the age of this booklet, and that it is lucky to have survived, for that reason alone it is in quite nice condition)
