Terms & Conditions the buyer agrees to on bidding:

1. We do not accept paypal. Payment is in bank check, personal check or money order.

2. Seller reserves the right to void a high bid at sellers discretion based on:

A. Negative Feedback

B. Not Registered with EBAY

C. Prior history of non-payment or questionable bidding practices.

3. We always send an end of auction notification when auctions close. Buyer must acknowledge that end of auction notification. Should you not receive one within hours of the end of auction please contact us immediately and acknowledge your purchase. Payment must be received from purchaser within 10 business days of the auction close. Sat, Sun and Holidays are not considered business days. This benefits the purchaser and allows a few extra days for payment if needed. However, if receiving your purchase quickly is important, payment by money order, bank check or immediate payment with personal checks will help speed shipping.

4. Items paid for with personal checks will be held (10) business days from date of deposit and then items will be mailed. Sat, Sun & Holidays are not considered business days. For items paid for with bank checks or money orders, the seller will make every effort to mail purchases within 48 hours of payment receipt and deposit. Sales ending on or around Holidays may be delayed. We enjoy the holidays ourselves and purchases may be mailed late, especially if we are away visiting during a holiday period. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

5. Shipping cost on this U.S. Sale is $2.00 for 1st class mail. Sales over $20.00 or higher will automatically have insurance added to them, or if requested by buyer on smaller purchase amounts. Insurance is per the U.S. Postal rate. Priority mail is by postal rate.

6. Seller does not guarantee delivery or insure items mailed outside of the United States. Please check with seller before bidding on items of interest if you live outside of the United States.
