Premium collection in a wonderful

266 pages loaded with classic issues, all previous to 1884.

This collection is my favorite. It is the last to go. The album is in wonderful condition for one printed in 1884. The pages are high quality paper that has held up wonderfully. The Binding is intact and excellent. There is little fraying evident at the edges of the cover. Alone an album of this age and quality is easily worth $2000. Included are 20 packages of Hawid clear mounts. I began using these to facilitate upgrading the stamps. Then we have the contents.

See Scans: This album contains the best that I accumulated and upgraded for over 25 years. There are many #1 issues here. Altogether there are over 2400 different stamps, and cut corners from cards and envelopes. There are several cataloguing in the thousands and hundreds cataloguing in the several hundreds. Notably missing is the Penny Black, but US #1 is here. Most all of the stamps are pictured. I am selling this collection intact. You will receive many high values and key items to compliment your collection, or begin your own excellent old time lot. There are a small number of items with faults. These are not included in the count or value.  A couple of dealers offered my "Buy it Now" price. They both suggested this lot should go to a collector as is. Neither of them would sell it intact and they felt it a shame to break up such a fine old collection. There are well over 200 pictures. Check them all they tell most of the story.

Nevertheless, if this collection does not sell as is, I will begin selling it in parts and sell the empty album last.
