Very Gorgeous PCGS MS-64 1886 P Morgan Dollar with  VAM 18 (Doubled 6 and Ear) R-4 Very Scarce Variety
 

You are bidding on a very gorgeous Brilliant Uncirculated PCGS MS-64 1886 P Morgan Silver Dollar with Vam 18 (Doubled 6 and Ear) R-4 Rarity Very Scarce  variety.  The Vam 18 is a very scarce variety and is a much harder variety to find.  This 1886 P Morgan Dollar has a gorgeous luster, with really gorgeous patina (color), very sharp details, superior eye appeal, Vam 18 variety, and will make a really great addition to your collection. These toned coins are my personal favorites and are what I collect.          

 

Coin Grade: This Morgan Dollar is Brilliant Uncirculated MS-64 grade with a gorgeous luster, gorgeous obverse and reverse toning, mostly the mint luster remains with champagne color rim patina on obverse, and champagne color on reverse.  This coin has an above average strike, very sharp and clear details, well struck clean cheek, very few marks, very full hairline, and full breast feathers. The lettering and date is bold and clear, no rim dings or dents, superior eye appeal, and much harder to find very scarce Vam 18 Doubled 6 and Ear variety. This coin is grade certified by PCGS MS-64 Label # 7166.64/13220681 and comes in an airtight plastic slabbed case. The coin grade is certified by PCGS the vam variety is not.  TRBcoins guarantees the Vam 18 variety to be correct.   

     

Vam Description: 1886-P VAM-18 Doubled 6 and Ear Vam 18 (revised) III2 17 · C3a (Doubled 6 and Ear) (189) I-2 interest and R-4 very scarce variety.  The obverse III2 17 the 6 is doubled at very top as a curved line. The ear is slightly doubled at right inside and bottom outside. Date at very right of normal position.  Reference: The updates to the Encyclopedia of Morgan and Peace Dollar 4th edition by Leroy C.
