2 PLAYER CARD - STEALING 2ND WITH RICHARDSON - BOLD CLEAR IMAGE

This auction is for a 1887 Old Judge Cigarettes N172 vintage tobacco baseball card of the New York Giants Hall Of Fame Pitcher - Tim Keefe along with his teammate Danny Richardson. Tim was one of the greatest pitchers in the history of the game winning 342 games and pitching an amazing 619 innings in 1883. It makes sense that his arm gave out at the young age of 36. This two player card of Tim is titled "Keefe and Richardson Stealing 2d, N.Ys" and appears to be a picture of the two after a late night out at the bar. The card is in very nice condition copyrighted in 1887 with a bold clear image and the script version Old Judge Cigarettes. It is centered towards the bottom edge and would grade VG+ due to corner wear and a semi-circular wrinkle / crease on the back but apparently it has been slightly trimmed along the right edge. It has been authenticated by Sportscard Guaranty ensuring that the card is original with the original back but not given a numeric grade due to the trimming.
