PAYMENT

• International buyers please wait for my invoice before making the payment
• Paypal is the only form of payment accepted (No cash or checks) in compliance with eBay's Policy
• Please make the payment within 5 days from the end of the auction

SHIPPING

• Packages will be shipped within 24 Hours (Monday through Friday) after receiving a clear payment
• An extra Registered Mail Fee of $12.00 is required and will be added to invoices totaling $30.00 or higher on all International Packages
• International buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable Customs clearance fees that might be charged by their countries. Please check Customs Fees in your country prior to placing your bid
• United States Postal Service (USPS) requires a Customs Declaration Form CN22 to be filed for all International Packages. Full Final Value will be declared on the Form
• International First Class Mail Packages may take up to 14 days to reach destination (not including Customs clearance time in your country). Registered International Mail may take slightly longer time

Combined Shipping & Handling Fees

• Invoices will be combined for items won within 5 days only, since Payment is expected within this time frame
• Single Coins (Combined S/H): Highest full rate for the first coin plus $0.50 for each additional coin won
• Sets, Lots, Boxed/Cased Coins: Highest full rate plus 50% of S/H fees listed per extra item won
• My intention is not to make money on Shipping & Handling Fees; I just want to get packages to my buyers the safest, fastest, and cheapest way possible
• Please keep in mind that Shipping & Handling Fees are not Postage only, they include Handling Fees associated with shipping your package. If you don't understand this concept, and you disagree with these charges, please do not place your bid

RETURN POLICY

• I accept returns only on items that do not meet the listing description and the pictures included
• Buyer must contact me within 3 days of receiving the package to initiate a return. Returned item must be in its original condition. The item will be inspected upon return and a full refund including all Shipping & handling Fess (both ways) will be provided
• No return is accepted if item meets listing description and pictures included
