Wonderful old book dated 1888 titled Rosebuds, edited by Thomas W. Handford, ("ELMO") beautifully illustrated published by Belford, Clarke & Co. Chicago and New York. Spine is loose but not completely separated from pages, some child drew pencil marks on first page and drew with colors on the back inside cover. There is some soiling throughout the book, but probably to be expected since this is a child's book. There is a tear on page 12 and page 90, but nothing is missing. There are a lot of illustrations that are fantastic. They are all in black and white, but very detailed. Email any questions. Thanks for looking.
I try to describe items to the best of my ability. Sometime I do miss a detail but not on purpose. I like getting good feedback and since the Buyer is always protected no matter what the circumstances, I certainly do not wish to get bad feedback because of missing some detail in the description. A buyer can always email any questions if they have any. Insurance is always a good idea, but not mandatory on unbreakable items. If you have a problem with the item that you have bought from me, please email immediately upon receipt. I will refund purchase price upon receipt of the returned item (not shipping and handling) if the item is being returned because I have failed to list some major defect. I sale mostly old antique items and they are never in perfect condition. If the item was broken in the mail, please keep the packaging because you will have to file a claim with the post office.
