| This is a great 1890 ELECTRIC BELT Letterhead and Cover from the GERMAN ELECTRIC BELT AGENCY, 329 Livingston St., Brooklyn, New York. The illustration in the upper left corner proclaims "SOLE AGENTS FOR/ THE IMPROVED GERMAN ELECTRIC BELT/ MEDICATED CLOTH LAID OPEN TO SHOW ARRANGEMENT OF METAL PLATES." The cover is postmarked "BROOKLYN/ FEB 10/ 530PM/ 90" and the back is cancelled "MEADVILLE PA/ 4PM/ FEB 11/ 1890/ RECID." The letter is in good condition with no tears and only a few stains.
