You are bidding on a antique 19th century typewriter.It is in good working condition with the old ribbon still in tack.The case is made up of oak wood the case shows signs of age but the typewriter is in wonderful condition.A few chips and dings on the case as shown in picture.This is been in the family for years and was appraised 5 years ago for $800.00 I hate to part with it but lost my job and really need the cash.I'll probably kick myself later for letting it go at this starting price.
