1890's Birmingham Sterling Heart Lock Bracelet

This Victorian sterling bracelet, has a heart lock.
 It is hallmarked with an Anchor mark, Lion, & a C.
It is 7" long and 3/8 wide. It comes with a safety chain, which is intact.
The heart clasp is tight.
