This is an 1890's F. Jaubert & Cie cornet that was imported and sold by Lyon & Healy. The bell engraving: F. Jaubert & Cie / Paris / Lyon & Healy / SOLE AGENT / Chicago. There is fancy filigree on all the joints and braces. It is 12 1/2" long and the bell width is 5". The valves and main tuning slide all work well, but the other three slides are frozen. There are a couple sloppy soldered joints. This cornet is playable in it's current condition, but does not come with a lead pipe, mouthpiece, or case. I prefer Money Orders, but the high bidder can also pay by PayPal, or personal check (Must clear bank 1st). Please check out the other horns that I am listing. Good Luck!
