Here is a GORGEOUS antique BUTTER PAT or Chip from JOHN MADDOCK & SONS Ltd. - Staffordshire, ENGLAND .. classic FLOW BLUE decoration of Leaves and Vines named VIRGINIA - fancy Scalloped Edge detail .. dates circa 1896-1906, I believe .. fully marked .. Fresh from a Pennsylvania country Farm Auction held by the family .. see 3 photos below also .. VERY GOOD antique condition with only normal surface wear from use - no chips, cracks or restorations .. measures about 3" in diameter .. mark on bottom is a little fuzzy from the glaze flow but company logo outline and pattern name are clearly visible .. guaranteed Old, Original and as described .. offered with NO RESERVE!
