IS THIS VERY OLD PRINT OF THE 1894 WORLDs FAIR ARCHITECTURAL EXHIBIT! FROM WHAT IS PRINTED ON THE BOTTOM, IT WAS AN ADDITION TO THE BROCHURE FOR THE WORLDs FAIR, OF THIS ARCHITECTURAL EXHIBIT. ON THE BOTTOM IT READS TO THE LEFT " COPYWRITE 1894 BY COLUMBIAN MEMORIAL PUBLICATION SOCIETY" AND UNDER THAT IT READS "THE BOOK OF THE BUILDERS" IN THE CENTER IT READS " THE WATER GATE", UNDER THAT IT READS " FROM THE PAINTING BY CHARLES C. CURRAN". TO THE RIGHT IT READS "THE WINTERS ART PRESS". UNDER THAT IT READS " SUPPLEMENT TO THE COLUMBIAN SERIAL, VOL. 1, NO 2, APRIL 21 1894.

MEASUREMENTS:

THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THE PRINT ARE 16" HIGH BY JUST UNDER 12" WIDE.

CONDITION:

THE PRINT ITSELF IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, HOWEVER, THE BORDER HAS ISSUES AS THE PHOTOS SHOW. IT IS UNFRAMED.

Payment is expected to be made through paypal, in full, within 24 hours of the end of auction. If payment has not been received after 3 days, I will send a second and final invoice. However, sometimes this cost can be slightly adjusted depending on the size of the packaging. Hi, I just wanted to share a little about myself. I am a longtime collector of just about everything. This year, it may be antique transferware.Last year it might have been toys. Yes, your basic OCD collector. I also dabbled in selling at Antiques malls, Antiques flea markets, etc.That was then...this is now! Now, my goal is to unload all this "stuff".My children have let me know that they are not interested in the majority of what I have and are encouraging me to "let go" of most of it. I am quite a bit "technology challenged" so it takes me longer to grasp all this and because of that, I only list items at the quantity that I feel I can handle (i.e. packing, shipping, etc.). But, please be patient with me, I will get better. I have some great stuff, as well as, the not so great stuff. Just save me as one of your favorite sellers and take a look once in a while. Or.....email me if you are looking for something specific. If I have it, and I am willing to let go of it, I would then list it.
