With our hassle-free return policy, we want your online shopping experience to be risk free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply ship the item back to our warehouse in Germany in its original, unused condition (including all original package contents) within 14 days of the first delivery attempt for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Each shipment contains a courtesy card with a link to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back. Do NOT ship the item before we agree to.

We reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee on items not returned in their original packaging because it significantly complicates import clearance for us.
If you're located in the US, the USPS is our preferred carrier for handling return shipments. If you decide to return via the USPS we can email you pre-filled return labels & documentation as well as detailed instructions. All you need to do is drop the package at your local post office to purchase postage and insurance.
