This 1896 antique print is from Harper's Weekly newspaper and is titled "The New Torpedo Craft of the United States Navy." by R. G. Skerrett. There are 6 descriptions below the image, one for each ship giving the ship number, top speed, and the name of the designer. The image size minus the margin is 8 1/2" x 13 1/2" with plenty of margin for framing.
