No clue what that means or if I even read it correctly. This is another cool item that came from my Great Grandfather's estate "Harry Smith" from Mason City Illinois. Later from Gardner IL.

Measuring about 3.5 by 6 inches square. STURDY condition. Few Age spot markings here and there. Average age wear. Small hole on back cover.
