 This is a wonderfully well carved Corpus Christi, most probably French or Flemish, and dating to no later than the 18th century. As with many of these figures, the arms, which had been separately carved and pegged in, are now missing. The piece is mounted on clear lucite so that it appears to float. It measures some three and a half inches (3-1/2") in height and is in excellent condition, save for a tiny chip on the statue's left foot (hidden behind the right one). Shipping and handling in the US is $12; overseas will vary. Paypal orders ship within 24 hours; personal checks are held until they have cleared.
