The mounting is crafted in 18k white gold with head of the ring measuring 14.4 mm by 10 wide with a tapering 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm at the bottom of the band, the ring is hall marked and stamped 18k. There are fourteen brilliant cut diamonds that are VS2-SI1 in clarity and F-G in color with a combined weight of approx .20 carat. The opal measures 12 mm by 7 mm and weighs 2.00 carats. The opal is a solid Australian black opal with a green/blue/purple/red/orange full color spectrum in a broadflash play of color and has a level 4.5 fire on a scale of 5. The opal is in perfect condition with no chips or scratches and an excellent polish. The ring is a size 7.25 (I can resize) and has a total weight of 5.7 grams.
