Due to problems with scamers looking to profit from my e-bay listings, I am forced to adopt very rigid policies with respect to my listings. Please read them carefully as they will be enforced.

1.  All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed prior to shipping and include a tracking number which will be e-mailed to you.

2.  I will not reimburse or replace items that were physically damaged during shipping.  It is therefore, highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance at the time of item purchase.

3. All returned items must have a tracking number.  I am not responsible for items lost in the mail that were returned without a tracking number.

4.  All received returned items will be given a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping and handling paid at the time of item purchase.  I will not refund any additional moneys and will not be responsible for lost returns shipped without a tracking number.

5.  All items are purchased from wholsale vendors and are represented to the best of my knowledge and are exactly as sold to me. All jewelry items, unless otherwise specifically stated in the listing, are electro plated  and all jemstones are synthetic.  The jewelry items are high quality costume jewelry, unless otherwise specifically stated.

6.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding my policies, please contact me PRIOR to placing a bid or purchasing the item.  Placing your bid or purchasing the item means that you agree fully to all statements and policies in the listing.

8. I don't accept Personal Checks.

9. Item will ship out within in 2 - 4 business days after payment is completed.

10. It will take longer for shipping if you pay by Echeck from Paypal.
