18W NWB Woman Diamond Design Black Velvet Stretch Top

This sale is for one 18W NWB Woman Diamond Design Black Velvet Stretch Top.  The previously owned top is in like new condition.  I found no stains, tears, repairs, alterations or fading.  It is clean, odor free and ready to wear. 

The machine washable, self lined, fabric composition is 10% spandex, 90% polyester.  The black velvet fabric has a diamond design.  It is soft, low nap, fabric that is very soft and comfy to wear.  The fabric is beautiful.  It reflects light beautifully, drapes and moves gracefully.  It is appropriate for office or evening wear with a change of accessories.   The spandex content is 10% - much higher than the average 3%.  The top is machine washable.

The pull-on, faux turtleneck top is made to be worn out or tucked in.   The hemline is straight.  There are no shaping seams or darts.  The top is designed to skim the body.  It is not a fitted piece.

Please check the measurements carefully before you buy. We advertise clothes by the size that is consistent with the actual measurements – not the tag size.  There is no consistency between manufacturers.  Tag sizes can be misleading.  The tag size of this item is 2X.  Please check the actual measurements below as well as the general sizing charts we use.  There is STRETCH in this fabric.

On our sizing chart (which we use for all brands, every garment), the garment is a Plus size 18W because the bust measurement is 52”.    So if your hip or bust measurement is 52” any Plus Size 18W item in our listings will have a 52” bust & hip. The one exception is winter coats – we allow 4” for ease.  If that amount is too much or too little, go up or down one size.  Only you can decide how tightly or loosely your clothes should fit.  When we measure sweaters (or any garment with stretch in the fabric) we measure them lying flat for the most conservative results.
