You are bidding on a “minty” to near mint 18k solid gold 44.5-mm. Patek Philippe time only stem wind/stem set open face pocket watch with an enameled bezel. This watch is referenced and pictured on page 538 in Shugart’s 2008 Price Guide with a value to $5500. This watch is definitely close to “top book”. It comes with no excuses. The movement is exceptionally clean. The back still has factory “brush lines” in it, as testament that it has never been polished. The dial and hands are “minty”. The crystal is “as new”. The hinge is excellent and opens to several degrees “shy” of 90. There are no dings or dents whatsoever.  It runs well.  What you see is exactly what you will receive if you win this auction. It is being offered as described and as pictured. Please study the pictures very carefully before bidding and ask questions if you are unsure of anything.
