Flanking the center stone are 6 matching tiny round Diamonds H color, SI-2 clarity weighing 0.18ct total. The total Gem weight is 2.68cts. This beautiful Estate 18kt Yellow Gold 2.68ct Peach Topaz & Diamond Band Ring, weighing 4.6 grams is a size 6 1/4.
