We also ship to locations outside of the Continental USA - such as to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US Territories. These locations, as well as PO Boxes and Military addresses, are subject to an additional shipping charge.
We also ship to Canada and International locations, please email us for a quote.
Any orders paid with incorrect shipping costs will be held until the correct payment is received. A new invoice for the additional balance will be sent.
Thrill Audio provides its customers with a 7 day DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty on all products. This DOA warranty covers damages resulting from improper shipping & handling as well as factory defects, and entitles our customers to an EVEN EXCHANGE ONLY. S&H costs incurred while returning the item to us will be the customer's responsibility. S&H for sending the replacement item to you will be covered at no extra charge by Thrill Audio.
