We carry a wide variety of cookware and other kitchen items in our eBay store, The Pots And Pans Store.  If you have any questions, please contact us!

We accept payment through PayPal. We also accept VISA and MasterCard via PayPal. All of our transactions must have payments made upon completion of the sale. If you would like to have something taken care of on a custom basis, such as a special shipping option or quantity discount, contact us prior to completing the sale so that we may make arrangements for a custom invoice.

Our shipping costs are calculated by eBay based on weight and distance.  We do not include any handling fees.  As cookware and other kitchen items are often heavy, this will be reflected in the shipping costs.  Please understand that this is out of our control when you are completing the eBay DSR ratings along with your Feedback comments.

Where possible, we will combine multiple items to insure that Shipping & Handling fees are minimized.  However, as most items are shipped from off site warehouses, this is usually possible only when the items are of the same brand.  Feel free to check with us about multiple item discounts on the particular items in which you are interested.

For most items, we ship by UPS Ground.  Books are normally shipped using USPS Media Mail. If you request, we will upgrade to faster modes.  Please let us know your preferences before completing the sale so that we can send you an invoice that reflects your wishes.

While we take every precaution and we can provide you with Tracking Numbers on your shipments, our responsibility ends when we deliver your item to the shipper.

We appreciate your business. We expect payment at the end of the auction or the purchase. If you plan to pay by any means other than PayPal, please email us to let us know your intentions.

You may return an item to us if you are not happy with it by first contacting us for authorization within 7 days of its receipt.  Unless the item is materially different than its description, shipping and handling fees will not be included in the refund.  Any loss or damage to the item incurred during shipping will be the responsibility of the shipper and claims will have to be made directly to them.  We will make every reasonable effort to work with you to take care of any problems or  concerns that may arise.  As you can see by the sample feedback messages, we aim to make our customers happy ambassadors for The Pots And Pans Store!

PLEASE NOTE:  Feedback is very important to us and we make every reasonable effort to provide our customers with a FIVE STAR experience.  We hope that when you have received your item you will take a moment to leave us a FIVE STAR feedback and message.  And remember that USPS and UPS charge for delivery based on the weight of the item and the distance that it is being shipped.  As most of our items are cookware or other metal items, there is a higher shipping expense than the average eBay items.  Please keep this in mind when rating us on our Shipping Costs!

Requirements to Bid:

• Most of our bidders do pay for their purchases promptly and if you do not plan on doing that, please do not bid.

• We answer all emails that we receive promptly, usually the same working day and often within an hour of receiving mail.

Multiple Purchases:

• If you are purchasing several items from us within three (3) days of each other, wait until the last item closes.
• As many of our items ship from different warehouses, we cannot always provide shipping discounts for multiple purchase. However, we will attempt to do so whenever possible. If you have questions about this, please drop us a line.
