Hello everyone and welcome to my auctions. Here we have a pair of sconces up for that will blow everybody’s mind. The sconces came out of an estate in the north of France. These are top quality antique sconces. The sconces are dated between 1880-1900. Late 19th Century sconces. The sconces have wood sockets and porcelain candle covers. These still have the European wiring and will need to be rewired to work in the USA. The mirror on the back plate is complete surrounded with a lot mythological figures. The mirrors are the original ones. No reproductions. The back of the mirror is protected with a copper plate as you can see in one of the pictures. This is a real nice pair of sconces. Resale value is app. $4500.00. Height is 14 ½”, width is 9 ½” and depth is 4 ¼”. If you have a any questions feel free to ask.
