Here's another fine instrument coming from that fabulous collection of brass horns. This time it's a 1901 (Serial # 15850) Boston Plus Ultra. Made by the Boston Musical Instrument Manufactory. Some very nice heavy engaving from the bell to the 3rd valve. All slides have been well lubed and pull just right with that popping sound and the valves are tight and quick. She's a hell of a great sounding and looking horn. Comes with the extra slide to convert from Bb to A. Also the original mouthpiece, lyre, and 2 leadpipes.
