SIGNED A.L.SKANCHY ( IN MY REASERCH I HAVE SEEN THIS NAME SPELLED SKANCKY & SKANCTY. I BELIEVE THIS MAN WAS A PRESIDENT IN THE MORMON CHURCH IN THE EARLY 1900'S)
