Shipping:

Flat Rate Shipping Cost: $3.95 to cover the cost of packaging materials and handling. Combined shipping is not available.

Shipping Method:
We ship VIA UPS Only and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide your physical address in order to receive your item promptly.

Shipping Speed:
We'll ship most orders within 1-2 weekdays after payment is received. Payments made by Personal Check may delay shipment of your item until payment clears our bank.

Insurance:
Insurance is available and recommended on all auctions. Insurance is included for the first $100 of items shipped via UPS. Although we package items carefully, we can not be responsible for damage caused during shipment if you do not choose to insure the package.

Shipment Tracking:
We will e-mail you the tracking number for your shipment immediately upon shipment. You will be able to track the arrival of your shipment via the UPS website.

Local Pickups:
Orders may be pickup during our normal business hours. Items must be paid for in advance and within 7 days of the auction ending. Contact Us at trading@ezAuctioning.com to schedule your pickup. All local pickups are subject to VA Sales Tax of 5%.

We accept PayPal, money orders or personal checks. Only PayPal will be accepted from International Bidders.

Required Check Out:
All winning bidders mush choose the Pay Now button to either pay via PayPal or to submit your shipping address and notification of payment method. All winning bidders will receive an Invoice via email. Payment or payment notification must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after 14 days and a non-payment notice will be filed with eBay and appropriate feedback submitted. Please include your Auction number and mailing address in all forms of payment.

Sales Tax:
All bidders from VA will be charged 5% sales tax.
