Payments are due within 3 days unless you contact me and make other arrangements prior to the end of the auction. I accept Paypal and postal money orders only. If you are picking up your item, let me know when you are coming, and I can accept cash in person.
All shipping is done with DHL, UPS, or Priority Mail, and all items ship within 10 business days. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. If you would like to make arrangements involving another shipper, contact me. You pay shipping costs plus a small fee to defray the cost of the packaging itself, i.e. boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, etc. I require insurance on all of my auctions as I deal in antiques and collectibles, and a vast number of these types of items are very fragile...better safe than sorry.
All sales are final upon satisfaction of the customer. I allow a 3 day inspection period from the time of delivery to alert me of any issues involving shipping damage (let me know, and I will file the claim for you or help you to file it yourself) or any instances of discrepencies with the description, though this has honestly yet to happen-I describe exactly what I see, though I do not claim to be an expert on every item that I list, so if you are not sure, or I are not clear enough in my description, let me know and I will answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability. After 3 days of receipt, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be made, so make sure you ask any questions you may have BEFORE you bid.
SBR Auctions is all about the customer. Formed by a trading assistant, I learned through working for trading posts about the right and wrong ways to run an eBay business. I learned that no matter what, the customer should come first. I strive to bring all of the attention to detail and customer service that you would expect from any brick and mortar store. Too often eBay sellers forget that they are in the retail industry, and the same drive for a customer satisfaction should be of utmost importance. Try me and I guarantee that you will be back for my great merchandise, fantastic prices, and unbeatable customer service!
Feel free to contact me at any time for any questions at Jason@SBRwebsolutions.com and I will answer you ASAP, generally within a few hours, but may take up to a day if you are in a distant time zone (11am there, may be 2am here.)
