One of the greatest College Baseball pitchers of all time was Ed Reulbach. From 1902-1904 he pitched for Notre Dame, but he met and fell in love with a Vermont girl during the 1904 Off-Season and stayed there to be with her and transfered to the University of Vermont. He only pitched a handful of games for Vermont because he was SO dominant that he was signed by the Cubs and had one of the best Rookie Seasons in all of Baseball history. This is a game program for one of the handful of games that Reulbach played for with Vermont. It is an April 28, 1905 game against Bowdion College. Reulbach (spelled Reulback in the program) pitched and batted cleanup in game and won 5-1 and struck out 10 batters on a 1 HITTER! Program has a tight spine and has a small chip out of the corner and a few minor spots of paper loss on the front which are hard to see. This is probably the only surviving example of this program in the World!
