This is an antique 1905 Ladies Home Journal Pattern for a LADIES' BLOUSE WAIST with Fancy Puff or Cap Sleeves to be slipped over the head and worn with Guimpes, Lingerie Waists etc. Size 38 BUST.  It is Pattern No. 3004.  I counted all the pattern pieces and all pieces are in tact.  The directions for sewing this waist are on the back of the envelope.  The envelope is in rather good condition - top is open and bottom has slit opening almost all the way across.
