Cover page is loose and torn. Some other pages are torn and have minor soiling. All are yellowed. Hand written note about treating cuts and wounds tucked inside. 5.5 x 8.5."  I don't know if this book was ever professionally bound, probably it was, but not it's tied together with string.

1. 1. My goal is to earn four five star ratings from our customers. We describe accurately, ship quickly and communicate effectively.  We also work hard to ship items as cost effectively as possible.  Our first class items, because of they are protected with cardboard and/or bubble wrap the post office states that they must be mailed via the most expensive First Class Method, First Class Parcel. Shipping cost stated on this auction includes a nominal handling fee.  We work hard to pack items well and keep your shipping cost as low as possible, however shipping involves more than postage.  In order to stay in business, we MUST include our handling fee, which in most cases is no more than a dollar.
   2. Official shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays, but we often ship on other days as needed.
   3. We accept Paypal, money orders and checks. Shipment will be delayed until checks clear.
   4. Please don't email and ask us to end our auction early for you. We are happy to ship worldwide, but w can't mark international items "gift."
   5. We no longer have a retail location, so no local pick ups. No exceptions.
   6. Our items come from a variety local estates. We store them in our smoke-free, pet-free home. If they've come from an estate in which they were obviously exposed to pets or smoke, we will note that in the item description.
   7. We are happy to combine when feasible and/or cost effective.
