This book consists of over 150 pages, and contains recipes submitted by the women of the Church of Christ in Ravenna, Ohio.  While the recipes alone are interesting (have you ever eaten brazed tongue or tripe?), what makes this a real find is that fact that the names of the submitters of most of the recipes are included.  I counted 219 different surnames in the pages of this book!
