1909 Antique Keebler Wyle Baking Co. Board Mtg. Minutes

This is the real McCoy that I bought at a Philadelphia auction house back when I was intense on local Philadelphia antiquities. Keebler was at the top of my list since it was started here in Phila in 1890 and was still an on-going business under the same name. But since they closed the Phila. plant and got bought out by Kellogg Cereal, my interest has diminished - so I am selling my Keebler inventory. This particular document # 4 is an orignal hand typed meeting minutes of the entire Board of Directors dated Jan.12 1909 when the compnay was under it's orignal name of Keebler-Wyle Baking Company and was located at "G" & Hunting Park Avenue. The total compnay Banace sheet for the BOD meeting shows a total Keebler net worth of $664,093.25 - right down to the last penny - don't you love the old days. A prominent person in the histroy of the company signed the minutes and that was A.J. Huber. This doc is 12 inches X 18 inches, is framed in non-glare glass with linen matting and ready for hanging. It is in it's orignal and unrestored condition. Cashier check or cash is accepted for this transaction, or a persoanl check that has cleared.
