This is the complete issue of the August 26,1909 edition of Life magazine. Cover illustration has caption that reads AD ASTRA. Rear cover full page ad for Gold Medal flour. Inside a double-page illustration by William Walker with caption KNIGHTS OF THE HOLY RAID - License to rob by Uncle Sam. Knights ride down from their Trust Castles to rob the consumer with high tariffs. Many cartoons and lots of satire from the world of 1909. Cover shows light wear, faint crease down the middle, otherwise in very good condition. Winner pays $5.75 for priority shipping (intl more) Md residents add 6% for sales tax.
