1910s Moderne Bauformen German Architectural Print #1

The item being offered is an antique architectural print from Moderne Bauformen, a German architectural publication circa 1910. The magazine was published by Julius Hoffmann in Stuttgart. The image is of a house designed by architect Albert Schutte. Below the image are the floor plans for the house. Printed below the image is: Art. Anst. · Emil Hochdanz, Stuttgart. The sheet size is 11¼"  x 14¼". The Moderne Bauformen triangle logo is in the lower left corner. The print is in good+ condition with some age toning and chipping on the edges, all of which can be matted out for framing.
