Here is an embossed postcard that says "Hearty Congratulations". It pictures a young Victorian boy standing by a basket of purple violets. He is holding up a letter. It was printed in Germany. Card number 9890.

The divided back postcard was postmarked from Rockland, Mass on March 16, 1911, with a flag cancel. It was sent to Master Lawrence Jensen in Ashburnham, MA. It was missent to Winchendon, with a postmark dated March 17, 1911. The card was sent by Aunt Emma.

There are two corner creases.

This will be shipped to you with cardboard backing for protection.
