Complete original newspaper, ''The Standard'' datelined London, Saturday, 20 April 1912. Includes detailed accounts of the Titanic's disaster on her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York. Articles include both news reports and eye witness accounts, complete with a list of survivors. 16pp. newspaper measures 20'' x 26''. Contains toning throughout, with minor chips along the margins. Overall very good condition. An extraordinary memento which narrates the tragedy of this ''unsinkable'' ship.
