Are these ink jet pictures?
No. The photographs are traditional
chemically developed photographs. The photographs are very high quality
and, because they are not prints made with ink or toner, they last and
withstand wear and moisture--just as you would expect from a photograph.
Can I get this in a 5" by 7"
?
Yes. contact us at the close of the
auction and tell us you would prefer a 5" by 7"
Can I get this with a sepia tone?
Yes, because there is extra time involved in adding the
tone, there is a $2.00 charge for sepia. the sepia toning option is located
in our eBay store as an add-on to your photograph purchase:

Is the resolution disappointing?
The detail and resolution varies
depending on the skill and equipment of the original photographer, but
we always ask ourselves if we would be happy to have an image framed and
on display in our own home or office when evaluating a photograph for
inclusion in our inventory. We do offer some newswire photographs. These
are photographs that were transmitted electronically by an agency like
Associated Press. Newswire photographs are of lower detail quality but
can be very compelling in their subject matter. We offer very few of
these types, but if we are offering a newswire photograph, we will
identify it as such.
Are the photographs in the public
domain?
Many of the photographs are, however, we
directly own an increasing number of the images and the ones we own are
under copyright. Additionally, some of the images we do not own, yet
have an agreement to produce, may be under copyright. If you are
interested in using one of the images and would like to know the status
of it, contact us.
Will the watermark/writing appear on
the photograph?
No, the watermark will not appear on the actual photograph.
