My wife and I own a Sohmer baby grand piano that we wish to sell. It bears serial number 45439, indicating that it was built in 1917. It’s called a “Cupid” model. From the front of the keyboard to the furthest point at the back measures about 64 inches.
It has a beautiful walnut finish, and is in excellent condition. The sounding board has a crack in it, but we have been told that that makes not the slightest bit of difference to the sound. We played it recently and the sound is superb.
We live 10 miles north of Cotopaxi, Colorado between Canon City and Salida—about 90 miles southwest of Colorado Springs. You would pick up. ( I have no idea what it would cost to ship. I put in $500 because eBay requires a dollar amount in the box.)
