4 Total Items - I am not a autograph dealer. I found this archive among the WW1 Soldiers personal letters. All found within the same envelope postmarked Clarksburg West Virginia Nov. 30, 1920. One letter with General John Pershing ink signature. All in regards to Former WW1 Soldier and still serving Captain Cuthbert A. Osborn. Camp Upton NY 16th Infantry. Captain Osborn wanted a promotion so he contacted his State Reprensitive for help. These letters are in response to the Captains request. ------------ [1] November 19, 1920. To: Captain C.A. Osborn.
