Up for bids is this super nice ladies 1920s Art Deco BRUNER Watch. This piece is a wind up model and runs fine, a bit slow but can be adjusted. I do highly recommend having all old windup watches cleaned and serviced to guarantee accurate time keeping. They need to be oiled on occasion to keep them running smooth. Watch case is solid 18k white gold with Platinum trim and is hallmarked 18k and PLATINUM as well as BRUNER. There are 4 triangle cut dark Blue Sapphire stones, one in each corner of watch and 4 Brilliant cut Diamonds. It also has Blue Sapphire winding stem which seems a little loose but functional. The watch band is hallmarked Pontiac stainless steel and is in very good condition. Crystal is in good condition, some scuffing. Movement is Swiss and 17 jewels signed Zador. Look at the pics for more info, although they do not do this gorgeous watch justice! Overall condition on this watch is excellent. Nice engraving around case. All in all, a very very nice and super rare solid 18k white gold and Platinum Estate Art Deco watch, ready to wear. Being sold as is.
