This auction is for an EARLY Handstamped (?) 7C Bach Mouthpiece I believe to be from the late 1920's or Early 1930's judging from the transitional font of the stampings and outline of the MPC. The plating is about 1/2 to 2/3's gone, and there are multiple dings and nicks over the entire mouthpiece. There are pliar marks on the shank but it wasn't crushed or distorted, just mared up. I have had worse looking MPCs restored to like new condition, but I will leave that up to you weather to restore it to its original glory or leave it as is, as testomony of 3/4's of a century of hard playing. The Engraving reads:
VINCENT BACH CORP., NEW YORK 7C
(that is VINCENT BACH CORP[period][Coma] New York)
View photos for a good idea of condition, all sales final so look good. This would complete any early NY Bach Trumpet, don't wait, I have never seen one quite like this!
