Fabulous little bowl that I picked up in this morning's garage sale run: Marked RED WING UNION STONEWARE CO RED WING, MINN in blue on the bottom. I believe this bowl dates to the early art pottery era of Red Wing, the 1920's - 1930's.

The exterior of the bowl has a raised floral motif. The flowers and buds are sort of a walnut color on a muddy green background. The interior of the bowl has a green glaze. The bowl measures 5" diameter and is 1 1/2" tall with a slight flare to the sides.

The condition, other than a few hard water spots, is absolutely super. There are no nicks, chips, flakes or cracks.
