 Description Shipping and payments
 Offering at auction an antique Stern Brothers 10k gold thimble. This thimble has some evidence of use, but appears to be in excellent condition. There are no holes that go all the way through, no cracks, and it appears that it is not out of round. The thimble is engraved "Eloise" and "3-23-22". I believe this to be the date it was gifted, so the age would have to be 1922 or earlier. The Stern Brothers mark inside, a "G" with other letters inside, an anchor, 10K, and the size "8", would date this somewhere between 1913 and 1933, so 1922 would be correct. The thimble weighs 4.5 grams on a digital gram scale that is correctly calibrated. I am also offering a Ketcham and McDougall thimble in sterling at this time and would be happy to combine shipping.
