1922 WATERMAN Ideal PEN Print Ad ~ BCHR Safety Model

This is an unique advertisement for "Waterman Ideal" pen from the French magazine, "L'Illustration", December 2, 1922. The illustration features the safety model in Black Chased Hard Rubber, two young children tip toeing into their sleeping parents' room on Christmas morning to surprise them with the Ideal gift from Santa. The text is in French but the idea is easily understood. The page is in good condition, slight wear on the edges which can be hidden by framing. It measures 12" x 16".
