  • You are bidding on the 1926 Dedication Booklet for the New York Telephone Company's new Telephone Building (in 1926) at 140 West Street in Lower Manhattan. This historic Building was one of NYC'S first Art Deco Skyscrapers. It was heavily damaged during the collapse of the World Trade Center on 9/11, but has since been fully restored.

  • This Booklet contains 24 pages of facts and illustrations about Manhattan Island and this historic Building. It is in very good condition with no torn, soiled or missing pages, and is free of odor.
