Hi! My name is Jerry, I'm a professional piano technician. I cut my teeth at S&S, I now have 30 years in the NY tri-state entertainment business. This is me: https://www.purchase.edu/departments/AcademicPrograms/Arts/music/staff/Mitkowski/home.aspx
This piano was my fathers. He was a session man in NY for many years. He passed away, I got the piano. I sent it to my friends at Cantabile Piano Arts in Yonkers, NY http://www.cantabilepianoarts.com/ ...for a new soundboard, pinblock, strings, dampers & keytops, both black & white, & key bushings. Canadian (GC) bass strings. The action is original, the hammers are about 10 years old, domestic cold pressed type, with many years of life left to go. I call it a "pocket grand". The case is simple, beautiful, original. My father took care of it. It's very sweet. The piano is unbelievably beautiful to play, it's little and has simple case lines. Almost Shaker-like. My price is firm. I have the matching bench that goes with it. One free tuning and service check within the first 6 months is included. Buyer arranges and pays for the move. Local buyer suggested. No warranty.
