  • Very adequate fine grade features and nice eye appeal for the grade with a lovely hint of gold rim edge 
  • Wonderful bright luster remains and the coin has the looks of a better grade with honest even wear
  • Contains 1.4100 g., .925 SILVER, .0419 oz. ASW and will be a welcome addition to any Australian or World collection!

The scanned images depict this coin fairly well, but can't due justice to the overall appearance of this 3 Pence coin from Australia, issued in 1928.  Pretty SILVER coin with lovely white somewhat lustrous appearance and strong eye appeal for the fine grade with just a hint of gorgeous faint hint of gold every rim edge that adds beauty and character. Solid, pretty coin has solid remaining fine grade detail, even in natures and will be a welcome addition to any Australian collection. Below average marks and lots of remaining sparkle for the grade. Obverse depicts head of George VI  facing to left. Reverse coat of arms, value and date. Terrific bit of pre-decimal Australian history for any collection. This item was part of my husband's collection. He is terminally ill with cancer and wants me to sell all of his private collection, coins and currency. I have three minor children to raise and so I comply.
