Terms & Conditions:  

     1) By placing a bid in this auction, or by using “Buy It Now” option, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

       2) If you use the “Buy It Now” option – payment is due within 24 hours.  You did not ‘win’ the item(s), you purchased it(them).  The 7 day ‘wait period’ does not apply.*

       3) If you are the highest Bidder, payment due within 7 days from the end of the auction.*

* Failure to do so:  We will try to contact the Buyer/Bidder via eBay e-mail to find out their intentions.  If we do not receive a reply – or payment - within 36 hours of our e-mail, we will consider the Buyer/Bidder no longer wants the item(s) AND the item(s) can/will be relisted. 

       4) Feedback is to be initiated by the Bidder/Buyer upon completion of the transaction, at which time we will be pleased to do the same.  This will give both of us the opportunity to work out any issues, if any exist.

       5) We reserve the right not to accept bids from persons with excessive negative feedback for non-payment.  We reserve the right to BLOCK individuals for non-payment, hateful / distasteful / malicious / unwelcome / threatening e-mails, etc. from bidding on any further items.

       6) Listing Errors:

              We reserve the right to make a refund if a Listing Error was made on an item(s).

If upon arrival of your item(s) you notice a Listing Error – You can have a refund of the purchase, minus S&H, once we receive the item(s) back in good condition. 

If we inform you of a Listing Error, we will contact you to see what your wishes are:  Go ahead with the transaction or a full refund. 

Shipping & Handling:

       Buyer pays for Shipping & Handling. As a buyer you agree to the charge when you place your bid.

* In an effort to avoid confusion, we would like to remind everyone that shipping & handling costs includes more than just the cost of postage.  It covers the shipping containers, packaging materials, tape, and more.

Combined S&H Discount:

$2.50 S&H is charged for the first auction plus $0.50 for each additional auction(s) { 2nd thru 6th }.

NO charges after that.

There are varying charges when it comes to Large Lots ( Heavy ) auctions or items valued $500.00 or more.  Please MAKE SURE YOU E-MAIL US for an accurate invoice if this is the case. 

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).  If you would like to change your shipping method and/or you want to add additional insurance, please contact us prior to paying for your item(s) so we can send an updated invoice.

As a rule, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving clear payment.

Weekends and holidays are the exceptions.

Failure to follow these simple terms & conditions and shipping & handling will be construed as your desire NOT to complete the sale and/or your desire NOT to combine S&H.
